Somehow I was able to make a structure where this glitch didn't occur but I can't seem to reproduce it

Although I myself don't have this issue, when I host a LAN world with friends who have worse computers, they seem to have issues with chunk loading. They do not have this issue when playing single player. I am in 19w12b
