Yes, it is still there. Moving the mouse quickly through the inventory UI's shows quite a bit of latency compared to when RTX is off, same with camera and player movement.

Here are my CPU, GPU, and RAM specs:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.7GHz

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

RAM: 16 GB

I don't know what this means,
it's definitely my computer as there's other people on my realm, and I still cannot connect.
A step-by-step fix would be much appreciated
