You don't have permission to access "http://www.minecraft.net/" on this server.

Using Pale Moon browser on Puppy Linux via a hotspot, triggered this issue after changing my skin and trying to view a resource pack change on an "offline" instance of minecraft, not sure if related to use of a non-migrated mojang account (I've been locked out of my account for "suspicious activity" and forced to change my password no less than four times in the last couple of weeks thanks to this migration thing or using linux or something.)
Clearing cookies and cache did seem to fix the access denied issue, but logged me out of the website.
