Wrig Nine

I had this issue too so I went into a creative world to test it and as of now I can't get pillagers to respawn in general after having killed them all. I've tried in singleplayer (bedrock) and a realm (also bedrock) with no luck. Even having not destroyed the outpost, nothing will spawn.
