ok, i get it.
This also happened with me, in 15w51b, but not after leaving the end. I tried to sleep in a bed (in an igloo), the camera looked completely in a wrong direction and was in a wrong place. I didn't fall asleep, and i couldn't get out of the bed.
(also couldn't precc f3+c, because the chat is open while in a bed, and it ignores f3)
I don't know how to reproduce.
Yes I know that, but for mc, the deleted chunks are the same as if they never existed. (lakes and trees are only stored in the region files, not the structure files) And chunks generated for the first time contain structures, so regenerated chunks why not?
Also, this is not duplicate of MC-2548.

This has nothing to do with the brightness setting. ALL the blocks EVERYWHERE are fully bright (their light level looks the same), and it also can't be related to that blocks has a light lvl of 15 at night (because it is not just a render issue).
Restarting mc fixed this, I attached a 3rd screenshot showing the exactly the same place and conditions as the 2nd picture. (including the br. setting, night, etc)
