I have a similar issue, but backwards. I linked my Microsoft Account to my PS4 account and it showed ALL of my Marketplace purchases. I went onto Minecraft Windows 10 Edition and ALL my Marketplace items are missing as well as my Minecoins are gone. I know Minecoins does not transfer to PS4, but they should not be missing. The only thing that show on the Win 10 Edition is the free pack I got, but the other packs I bought are telling me to purchase it again. I read on the FAQ that all content (except the exclusive ones) are suppose to sync, that mean they shouldn't disappear on one system and show on the other. Really wished I hadn't linked it, because I lost a lot of content and a ton of Minecoins.
I found a brown panda (first time finding one) and built a wall around it, it was getting night so I went to sleep, he despawned. My hut was like 30 blocks away. Yet I had a creeper stuck in a boat and he despawned a couple minecraft days later. I also had a pig stuck in a hole and he despawned the next day. I hope they fix this, it's frustrating. And I definitely don't want this to be a permanent feature.
