This is NOT a bug! It is supposed to immediately explode when it goes off track.
Put those 2 PNG files to %appdata%, not to .minecraft, just to %appdata%, this should solve the problem, apparently it has something to do with user's permission of writing files to the %appdata% directory
lol, no idea, just try to edit the title to [Please Delete] and mods should delete it.
