Confirmed for 1.14.4
Confirmed for 1.14.4 pre4. Normal main menu though
Being unable to delete world 1.14.3 pre 4 confirmed. Can't delete it from the saves menu or windows explorer either. And you don't have to die to be unable to delete hardcore worlds.
I did testing and didn't find any increase in tool speed
Obsidian respawning and popping up is caused by lag. 1.14 is laggier than other versions.
Pink and black particles are probably caused by a missing texture. (minecraft and many other games use that pink and black texture to signify a missing texture) Are you using a resource pack?
This is intentional. Read the patch notes
Test it on current versions, no one cares if it used to happen in older versions
Exiting the game and re-entering fixes it
Happens at 20w16 (and previous 1.16 snapshots) aswell. Have a iron at spawnchunks. I have tried giving items, armor, nametag... (there is blocks above it and hopper below so that I am sure that it doesnt die) I am tired of replacing the zombie every so often
