actually in 1.13.2 it worked as it did in 1.12. Thats why currently my datapacks are broken from migrating 1.13.2 to 1.14.2 but not when from 1.12.2. By the way this isnt cool in some ways because it can be used to save a friend from lava? (teleport him above ground so he dies away from lava and his items arent soo doomed) and it is kind of easier to use it that way? I dont know maybe thats for good but can you make this moddable? At least optional? Like a server.properties line that can be useful for us, the casual players or modders. Tanks for the time given, oh and btw some of your commands like /schedule changed functionality? Because nothing is documented anywhere and /schedule no longer appears to work.
This can be caused because he is logged into xbox and you are not logged in xbox or the reversed- you are logged into xbox and he isnt. this can be caused too because you are with paid minecraft (you bought minecraft) and your friend is with a cheated version from somewhere... it can be caused by rooted android phone or jailbreaked Ipad. It can be from the local wifi connection too.
