I am unsure of your instructions as what you describe does not correspond with what I find in my launcher, there is no such thing as downloadable server jar in my launcher when creating a new profile/playable-update-profile? Could you perhaps provide me with screenshots of how to access this alternative way of downloading the server jar?
For the moving of this bug-report, there was no option called "WEB" when you chose where to report to, only Minecraft, Minecraft java, Minecraft dungeons and Minecraft realms. How do I move the report?
