This issue occurred for us in our realm about a week ago. We thought we would wait for the update to see if that resolved the issue. It hasn't.
I'm not super happy paying for a service monthly that clearly has no resolution, and since it appears to have been ongoing for over six months, is anyone able to advise of this issue is actually going to be fixed or do we just have to start again?
