The issue I have noticed, is with a natural generated zombie villager, not converted Villager to Zombie. I have attempted multiple times to convert a Zombie Villager to a Normal Villager, only to be given a random Villager with a profession at about a bar and a half of experience. Placing down the desired profession block will not convert the Villager to the requested profession. Placing down the current Villager profession block and destroying it, will not reset the Villager to a basic Villager. Placing down the current Villager profession block, will also not reset his trades.
I’m sure you guys probably already know this, I just wanted to add this info in hopes that it might help.
