I guess it hasn't changed from 1.16.3 to 1.16.4?

I've had it happen in single world play when 1.16.4 came out, I've seen it in servers, and I've heard other friends whom I play with in some servers say they've seen it too.
Also, I'm very sorry, I didn't see your reply. Did you want the F3 from single world game or server?

Okay I'm curious. What may I ask, is that exactly going to show?
And, do you mean just the plain F3, or Shift+F3?
Thank you for responding, tryashtar.
1) My Game, Launcher, or the Server have not been modified in anyway whatsoever. The Game; I bought directly from the Mojang/Minecraft website. The launcher; is the new launcher and just finally updated a few days ago. The server is your basic run-of-the-mill server. It's not a huge server like either of the ones you had mention. At most the server gets/has 300 players playing at once. Most of the edits/plug-ins added to the server is strictly for Moderators and Admins, Claims, Rollbacks, and things like that. The custom plug-ins are for in-game fun like particles and glowing effects, ect.
2) I do not run resource packs that do anything with the book and quill. Only ones I have running right now add flowers to kelp, make the Shulker Boxes to their old original colors when first introduced, and make the Iron Golem's flowers red on their bodies like poppies they hold. All downloaded from Xisumavoid's Vanilla Tweaks website. Other then that I have Optifine and that's it.
3) I can reproduce it in both single player and other minecraft servers, that don't have book and quill banned that is, while running in version(s) 1.14.3-1.14.4. Only when the book's page is fill, (almost over filled to the end of the first page), saved, and then reopened to tried to edit; it will cause the crash. If you need me to record it happening I will do so.
Thank you,

Thank you for replying Urielsalis!
I didn't want to reply right away, I wanted to give your tip a try, but still it's doing the same thing all over again. As for the mob cap; I don't believe I've reached it. My natural spawners are a couple of chunks away, so they're not active, and the guardian farm is almost 10 chunks away from my base. I did originally have a good amount of cows. But I got rid of almost all of them and only down to about 8. I only have 3 dogs at my base including 6 villagers. I've even reduced the item frames, torches, mine carts, and anything else I could count towards the entity count. I don't play with a lot of chunks loaded; so the render distance is at 8 and sometimes 12.
As for the kill command. It took a lot of work to get the passive mobs to my island. Including the villagers/dogs/cows/turtles. I don't think I could run that command and kill everything off. Then I'd be at square 1 with starting all over.
Do you have another tip I could try?
Thank you!
Playing in Minecraft Java Version 1.20. Just minding my own business playing the game and kept constantly hearing an Enderman teleporting around me, shows up in captions as well. My Enderman is also in a boat and in a glass box. He's never been angered at all before or after being placed in the boat. No matter how far I go on my island, I still hear it. Here is a video I made. As you can see on the mini map and larger map; my Enderman is the only one on the island.
Edited: I forgot to mention, the sounds are only happening during the day time. During the night there are no teleporting sounds.
