This bug affects ALL versions of MCPE from 0.11.0 to 0.13.1

Yes it does, however the only way that bug can be resolved is to delete the app and reinstall it after I backup my worlds. The bug only happens when you press the '§' button and a number to change colors, then I can't type in a name
