What about other version? because I don't experience this issue in the 1.15.2 version and I don't experience this issue if I have "friendly creatures" sounds disabled in 1.16.1 My computer can handle it on 1.15.2 perfectly fine without even dropping below 30 fps... so... I don't think it's because my computer can't handle it
