I use headphones on pc and device audio on the phone, but I know it probably isn't an issue with the headphones since I do not have an issue with audio on java or when I am doing something else on my computer.

Yes when I played the video on my pc as well as my phone it sounded the same as it did in the game, and when listening to it the high pitched sound was especially prevalent when I destroyed the wood blocks and when clicking a button in the menu.
