Sculk Sensors and Calibrated Sculk Sensors still output no signal when players spawn in 1.20.5.

Mob spawning is detected correctly by both, at level 14.

Correct. It is a pretty bothersome issue for those who transfer in and out of water quite often and it was also a change unlisted in any patch notes, so it was likely unintentional.
