my friend is on windows 11 with same probelm and im on windows 10 with the same problem its not a windows 11 or 10 problem
i can also confirm it seems to be isolated to windows as my xbox friends are all updated
just posted another thing on this same problem my roomate is having it as well
the mod on the other issue sadi that twittwer would be the fastest everyone should go tweet at them about this problem
