Testing this in release 26.0 and it seems to only effect some of the babies I spawn, and when those babies grow up they keep the collar

I have had an issue in a creative that I believe is related to this bug. I had created a large grass platform above the surface terrain. After an update to the game, terrain was generated between the edge of my grass platform down to the ground below, despite me having visited that area before.
