I have a fix for anyone who doesn't want to use a different keyboard or a different means of input. It is true that the source of the problem is not based in Minecraft but in your keyboard, and it probably arose after inputting key presses that altered how your keys function when pressed (the specific key presses and what they specifically do are unknown to me).
Solution is to just unplug and plug back in your keyboard. Do this and your movement will return to normal.
