I have only witnessed it occurring on the realm.
I found that due to personal testing the leaves and other floating blocks reappear upon the chunk unloading and reloading REALMS-9667 my own article mentions this effect happening. so it has something to do with the Realm and Chunk loading/saving perhaps? or some kind of old terrain code meets new terrain coding issue?
Ok, thanks! Had no clue it was a duplicate, sorry!
@MCPE4theBeacon Did you look at the world? My written books are still books in the latest beta.

Honestly, this happening is one of the most annoying things ever.
I just made a new ticket for this bug because it still isn't fixed
Here is the link to it https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-37821
This is broken again in the latest beta.
How is this not a bug? It was in the game and now its not.

That use to power the observer block which would then power the redstone lamp but it not longer powers it.
The realm crashes for me and I'm not able to rejoin until the realm is back up.
The player should still be able to use commands to place them. Its useful for mini games and adventure maps. The map creator can create invisible barriers to stop players from going to certain areas and also place end portals where ever needed.
Is there anyway we can make painting unbreakable? Maybe with commands or add-ons?
I swear they added it awhile ago and it worked then.
It use to work though.
I also can't join servers while using an Ethernet cable on Android TV.
Yes it still crashes the game.
Its just random. I included the crash log files. Do they not help?
I just changed it from 16:9 to "just scan" and minecraft fits the screen perfectly now but everything else for androidtv doesn't fit.
Additionally, it seems to be only happening when on the realm with someone else and the chunks are unloaded and then reloaded
