I am experiencing this on an existing world.
I just upgraded my server to bedrock-server-1.20.80.05 and I see lots of that message:
[ERROR] [Structure] [[Jigsaw Structure]] couldn't be constructed, no pool named `minecraft:trial_chambers/chamber/end`T
The errors continue as long as players are connected.
