Turn off “Recipe Unlocking” for it to work.
I think the reason of the bug is when recipe unlocking is on and you’re in a creative world, it’s waiting for you to “unlock” blocks, items, etc. At first when you create a world the tabs aren’t there, because you haven’t unlocked anything. But as you create more items, more tabs pop up, and you get a variety of items and blocks to choose from.
That is what I think is happening, correct me if I’m wrong!
