Repeatable but not every time:

[16:12:07] [Server thread/INFO]: Usagiyahara fell from a high place
[16:12:09] [Server thread/WARN]: Usagiyahara moved too quickly! -192.6560708371245,2.0000000233721948E-7,34.799133476358065

First time,
[16:34:10] [Server thread/INFO]: Usagiyahara was shot by Skeleton

Second, a long way from bed.

[16:35:15] [Server thread/INFO]: Usagiyahara was shot by Skeleton
[16:35:17] [Server thread/WARN]: Usagiyahara moved too quickly! -19.923004793491657,16.000000200000002,7.604532167394041

Third, within about 20 blocks.

1.15.2 (note, still the old world)

[16:06:39] [Server thread/WARN]: Error while deserializing minecraft:hay_pile
[16:12:07] [Server thread/INFO]: Usagiyahara fell from a high place
[16:12:09] [Server thread/WARN]: Usagiyahara moved too quickly! -192.6560708371245,2.0000000233721948E-7,34.799133476358065

Upgraded Java to 1.8.202
Second time around the

[15:19:09] [Server thread/WARN]: Exception loading entity:
m: Loading entity NBT

Went away. So did the crashes.

Someone should probably document the minimum Java version needed for which version of minecraft.

Quick test with:
[23:06:16] [Server thread/INFO]: Starting minecraft server version 1.14 Pre-Release 2

It crashed when I did something ^^; (Pressed F2 to try and get a screenshot of a skeleton archer that seemed to have shot itself in the head.)

You will get the "moved too quickly" if you join right after starting as it is still unwinding its knicker elastic and quite busy.

After that I died a few times and completely failed to get the "moved too quickly" error at all.

I think that gets a "seems fixed."

Incidentally, rain on water is 1 tile below the water! That's some *serious *rain!

Yes, I enabled structures.
