Having the same issue here too. No fixes work - hard reset, world syncing, attempting the achievement in every possible way, creating new worlds to attempt it, even tried it on a different xbox and nothing worked. I'm now stuck on 93/94 Minecraft achievements and can't unlock the final one because it is bugged. Please patch this ASAP !
