World save folders and add-ons should be located in an ACCESSIBLE FOLDER. Many add-ons fail to install because the folder is located in the middle of nowhere. The installation folder needs to be in an accessible location. It should be in Documents, like most regular games do.

Realistic clouds, clouds with a background, clouds without a background. It doesn't matter… The same result…

You can use ANY cubemaps addon, the result doesn't matter, I'm an addon creator but I haven't tested only my own, obviously! Example: https://mcpedl.com/custom-cubemaps-pack/

Add-ons that use texture packs are not working in the beta version—the interface prevents the world from starting with texture packs. I tested several add-ons, including ones from the marketplace, fan-made ones, and even the ones I create.

Expected Results: 

The interface shouldn't prevent the world from starting. Has anyone on your team at least tested addons in this latest beta version of the game? Resource packs are being blocked from being added to the world.
