this is a bug though ive use that exact command many times and it worked but in this latest snapshot its just not working
i have gone through 25 dungeons and not a single one has had any horse armor i have seen saddles but the spawn on the horse armor doesn't work so i suggest making it craft-able. the community doesn't like the dungeon loot. (saddle can stay the same)
