yes we agree reed we are getting some strange checker board style screens instead of the menu items and also seeing code instead of buttons.

been trying to log in all day, not been able too, have also been checking for updates and none are available...

I also have this same issue but I am not using any other type of texture pack. Reporting today at 09:22 UK time.
