Well what must I do then? I do not understand the tech stuff. Would just like my grandson to be able to play what I paid for or get a refund

As I said I didn't know the version number and in ny case if it has been reported it should have been sorted out by now then . I DID look at the previous issues and as I said I could make no sense of the replies.
