I'm the one who experienced the bug in the photos. I couldn't report it myself because the bug tracker page glitches on my phone and won't let me report anything. This user reported it for me because of that problem. I just recorded a clip showing this error, with the profanity filter disabled, and the censorship still in place.

I already tried exiting and re-entering the game, I tried renaming the horse again, I even told the realm owner about it, and we did a test by turning the realm off and on again, but it didn't work.
The horse is supposed to be named §l§b-={ Sleipnir }=-, with the name displayed in bright blue, but as you can see, it's clearly censored. Also, there are some wooden signs in an area of the realm where coordinates should be visible, but for some reason, the coordinates are randomly censored—some censored, some not.
I saw a similar report marked as resolved, where the moderators said this is normal for Xbox and Nintendo Switch players. We're not on those consoles; the owner is on Windows 10, I'm on mobile, and several others are on PS4 and PS5. According to the moderators, this was normal in small 2-player realms, and for those consoles. Before marking this as resolved, let me tell you something: this didn't happen before. It started happening overnight, so that excuse of "the signs censor things randomly" doesn't hold water. And don't come at me with the excuse of "the tags censor things randomly" because I won't believe it.
I've been playing since alpha 0.1.3 of Pocket Edition, I've played every single version, I've seen all kinds of errors and bugs, and in all that time, neither the signs nor the tags did that.
