I am also having this issue. I purchased a Realms Plus subscription on my Windows 10 Minecraft. The feed never loads. I have tried going to Realm Settings > Game > Manage Feed, but it never loads. When I go to the Xbox Console Companion App, my Realm club is not listed under Friends and Clubs. When I search for the club, it does not show up. The new Xbox app for Windows 10 does not list clubs at all.
When I'm playing the game, I can add messages and screenshots to the Feed, which are apparently uploaded, though since the feed never loads, I can't really verify that those screenshots or messages go anywhere.
