Just noticed a "feature" of this bug. The villagers that no longer gain experience, have their titles removed...This villager for example still works, but even in 1.19.80.21 this bug remains. where as another looks just like my previous posts.

world save is 27Mb, cant upload here... trying in 7zip compression blocks... -695,69,630 is the village in question. minecraft preview 1.19.80.20. I believe this world started in 1.19.80.00

not resolved. I have the exact same problem. they will trade, but gain no experience. They did earlier today, and the new ones did, but ones I've previously traded with stopped gaining experience (still at novice level)
