I am having the exact same issue as the OP. I have happily used my Logitech G400s with minecraft for quite some time now, and it has worked will 1.7.10 and 1.8.0 up until the start of this week. Forced Crashdump http://pastebin.com/i3xzuRQU Have tried java v 7 and 8 but no difference. Have forced AA off via AMD Catalyst but again no change. Have changed mouse polling rate down to 125 rps, which helps but does not resolve the issue. changing mouse dpi does not affect the issue. Disabled mouse acceleration in Windows and logitech gaming software but this doesn't change the issue. I have not changed my mouse drivers since the issue started occuring, nor have i changed my graphics drivers. Similar issue to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTmlmbe8nZs which was apparently fixed by graphics settings but the poster didn't identify which settings. I do not have Synergy installed, nor do i have any other 3rd party mouse tools (besides logitech gaming software which i have always had). I have tested this with a ps/2 mouse and the issue did not persist. I also tested with a generic usb mouse and the issue persists.
