Still completely broken on 1.14.1.
Can confirm still not fixed on 1.14 here either.
Can confirm this bug is still there on 1.13.1. The game is still unusable.

Same issue here. Brand new Switch and physical copy of the game bought a few days ago. Minecraft and Switch both updated to latest version. No SD in system. Only playing offline, so no login.
Was working fine for a few days, but now no saved worlds load - just get "An error has occurred". Can't create new worlds - same error message.
Things are now even worse. Can’t even get to the point of trying to load a world as it both says I need to download the Mario theme (which is included!) and gives the error message:
Account error. There is an error with you account. You will be unable to use the marketplace until we have resolved the issue.

How do I get a refund for this game? It’s clearly not working, hasn’t for months, and isn’t going to be fixed.
