We have a family console and have purchased 38 textures, skins, mashups on the Xbox One S. console version ....when we go into the bedrock edition it is not open to all of us as it should be, it is open to the person who purchased said items ....really these are family items and Used by the entire family on our home console (we have all put this as our home console) so if my DD wants to use the skin pack I bought for her, and put on my account because I was using my CC, I have to be on the console with her. This has even happened with the new games etc....I have already purchased a total of 9 of the new worlds, 3 I bought on my account because everytime I tried on my DDs account it was saying there was a problem with the store so those three are only showing unlocked on my profile, my DD has access to the other six which are locked to my profile. This is rather aggravating since we are all active players but of course we don't always want to play at the exact same time. There are still MANY things I wish to purchase but I don't want to deal with this bug any longer so I am trying to hold off on it.
We love our minecraft we hold a season's pass for Glide, and we have all of the battle packs...we are trying to love the new Minecraft and realize that you are working on bringing it up to the high standards we long time players are used to but this bug is kinda the opposite of Better together since you have a familty all divided!

AND just to add a little more insult to injury I went to purchase some of the new stuff for my DD, everytime I went to buy coins it was not available when I finally broke in it was on my account, I purchased the Wildlife Savanna and the Summer mini games festival and when my DD went to play it wasn't there for her but when I went in my profile it was there Grrrr....so naturally she is upset that I HAVE to be playing with her when she goes in. Since it was her coins she also got the Sunset coast and....yes, locked to her but not me. Again, this is all on the home console...same one we purchased the games on. So not only is it the stuff we owned previously but all the new ones too.

I was really hoping that this issue was going to be fixed with the last update but it still exists, I have contacted Xbox and they said to report it here. I hope they are seeing us here!

I have this same issue with mine. This is a family home console and we have them all split between the three family members even though there is a gold subscription and everything for this console. I too went to the store and did the downloads but still they are not showing to all...only the account which they were originally purchased on (we used the account of whose name the credit card or who had the Xbox card)
