Also my friend have this only with my server on 1.13.

I tried all the options anything dont work.Sometimes when I open map this work on specific seed maybe you have a solution or seed that work for all?

I fixed this with download java 8 runtime;but when I open server my friend every time got timeout.what can I do with this (from 18w20a until 18w21a) all this versions give him.He can play in single and  open server but when I open this crash him.
