Ok thanks for that: this is the best response i've received in about a month of trying their email support and twitter - it is nice to finally know that this issue is being rectified.

I contacted that support email about a month ago (Support request 92921) and have been ignored. Can you please stop telling us to email them when we just get ignored. Is there any approximate timeframe for the code generation? (is it going to take closer to 6 months or a week?).
