I am having this problem ("Internal Exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset") on version 1.19 and tried everything in this thread. I even made a clean installation of Windows 11 and tried different networks (cellular and a different home network). The server was also moved to different hardware. And all I did was not playing for 4 months. The server configuration was not changed in this time.
