I mean it can spawn the creeper, and it even has visible particles. But it simply isn't affected by the speed, when it chases me it has the normal speed.
All you should do to reproduce this is go to 1.16.1 use the command I wrote and check if the creeper is faster. If he isn't it's broken.
Why do you wan't my advancement files? On a world that I just created(meaning the advancement folder is empty) it doesn't work either.
I don't know where to check that, but as I said the mobs and biomes I have left are the new ones added in 1.16 and none of them is counted

In singleplayer crafting the glass works fine, seems like it was the datapack, sorry for bothering you and thanks!

Yes, I have the "universal colors" that makes you able to color colored things again (ex. green wool to pink wool) not just white. It works for every other glass than black and it has always worked so i'm not sure if that's the issue.
(they are some other datapacks that souldn't affect that at all)
It works with levels below 5! 😃
