Can confirm. When on the inventory screen or in your hot bar, potions and arrows are all blue. After dying leather armor, it is brown on the workbench and also in your hot bar. When you hold any of them in your hand, they are the correct color and have their normal effects when used and highlighted. Also dyed armor is the correct color on an armor stand, in the equipment screen, and on the player.
