As you can see I have selected a differnent hair style but it doesn't show up

Here is my resource pack for bedrock.

It doesn't say any error or anything. Clicking on different legs or head or anything doesn't change anyting from the default skin. 

i can upload a skin png. but when i want to use the character creator nothing changes. the character spins like it's been changes but nothing changes from the default skin
