Sorry that I haven't tested it in the newer versions, I've been busy lately and completely forgot about this. I have confirmed the bug still exists.

I noticed something else while experimenting with this tag. Hostile wolves with a Follow Rang Tag of 0 obey the tag and won't follow you, but they will attempt to reach you by jumping towards you, which I found quite amusing. I'm not sure if this was intended, or if it's another bug with this tag.

I have confirmed that the Follow Range tag works on all mobs except the five listed above (I added Enderdragon to the list). Mobs with ranged attacks, such as normal Skeletons, Witches, Blazes, Ghasts, and Wither Bosses, will still attack you if you get near, but they won't follow you, which means that they obey the tag. I think this bug is because either Mojang hadn't finished reprogramming these five mobs, or they never intended for these mobs to be affected (or it's also possible they simply forgot or made a mistake).
