it says this has been reopened? is that true
if you go to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftpe\options.txt
and go to line 50: gfx_vsync:1, set to gfx_vsync:0 to disable vsync, which will enable frame rates higher than refresh, if this helps
i found this in the options.txt in minecraftpe folder:
feedback_destroy_vibration_gamepad:1

they should definitely fix this. wasted opportunity otherwise.
same with secondary rider on camel. basically defeats a major aspect of having a second rider.
