Where did it say that in the notes for 1.14.2? The problem started after 1.14.3 hit.

I have this same issue. I've cured about 6 villagers and all 6 were fine until the newest patch hit. Now all of their trades are regular price. I thought it was just a glitch and reverted to a save when they still had their discounts on 1.14.3, which seemed to have worked for a bit, but then the discounts went away again.
