This is still an issue. I found 10 gateways stacked just last night. I don't know how to upload my world though.

 I'm not getting achievements on my Switch and neither are my realm members who play on Switch. I do get achievements on my PS5 and other members who play on other devices (not the Switch) are getting achievements.

This happened to me just 4 days ago. Traded once with stonemasons to lock them in. Broke the stone cutter, became jobless, then linked to brewing stand and became clerics and were locked in to the same level as the stonemason was.

I've been trying to upload the backup from Saturday but I'm having issues. I think it's because the game on my computer isn't updated to the latest version? And I'm having trouble updating it. Also, I can't find the save files on my computer. I can't find this path: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\

That makes alot of sense. Our issue may be issue number 1 that you explained because there were about 50 villagers in the trading hall at the time when we were moving them to separate areas.

We also had an issue with #2. We were converting villagers so when we broke job blocks to prep for that, 2 linked stonemasons who we traded with 1 time to lock them in became jobless, no stonemason uniform,  then linked to brewing stand and became clerics with locked level 1 trade.

I'm the realm owner and will try to transfer the backup so I can share the file.

Update...the 3 librarians are now linked 24 hours later. Even though they're now linked, what would cause it to take so long. For future, how do I provide a copy of the backup?

The original block was broken and moved to a new location less than 100 blocks away with the villager. The villager was linked to a bed but the bed was also broken and taken to the new location. The villager links to bed but not job block. I attempted to wait it out. This happened over the weekend and the villagers finally linked on Monday...more than 20 minutes. Now I have 3 librarians who will not link. Last night I broke their lectures to move it 1 block because I'm redoing the library interior, when I placed their lectures back down, the didn't link and still are not linked...more than 20 minutes past. They are linked to beds. This has happened before in a different world about 2 months ago. 

How do I provide a copy of the backup if I can identify the correct one? My realm has about 40 just today alone with more backups generating  because the day isn't over yet and my realm members play daily all through the day. I'll have to go back several days.

I'm having this problem too. I have villagers who were linked to their job blocks and now they won't link again after I moved them and the job blocks.
