Bump. Having this same issue on Ipad Pro 10.3.3 for PE. Noticed once the white screen went away, I could see a Global Resources Error and the screen was frozen. Backed up worlds, deleted app, reinstalled and turned off wifi and it works fine. Turn on wifi, and it whitescreens and crashes. There are no resource packs installed just the one the game comes with.
