I tried the missing file curl tip in the guide above to manually download the missing files but the problem keeps happening where it cuts to say :

I spam tried to download the file and it gave the closed transfer mark on that same 9798451 bytes each time.
On another note, after getting the file errors and trying to launch the instance again I get a
