Got the same issue on my realm, is getting really annoying and is apparent all over my world. Block updates do not cause the issue to cease, and it is also appearing frequently underwater. I have checked for light sources yet there is none present. I am on v1.19.81 and this is still an issue. Other players have reported that they also see this bug, so it would not be client side. Removing and applying texture packs does not alter the issue. Currently this seems to be a problem across all platforms.
