No the village is actually kinda small and near a outpost, I remember that the captain followed me to the village where I killed him with my iron sword after that I got the bad omen and triggered a raid, the rest of the story is listed up.
There is a village kinda close but it doesen't interfere it is at aproximativeley 400blocks away and it can be spoted from this village it being situated on a hill that has a outpost at nothing more than 50 blocks
I also need to mention that the village extends to a hole in the ground that leads to a dripstone cave. In the cave a village path can be spoted a tree, a well, the village "protector" 2 or 3 cats wich probably fell down the shaft.
