Just adding my description for the issue since it was closed as a duplicate of this one:
Observed on the current server release (1.21.20.03). It may be two different bugs with the same trigger, but this is what I've observed for players on Windows, PS4 and PS5.
When a player sleeps in a bed, they spawn back colliding with the bed, causing them to bounce off the bed as if they had jumped on the bed. In at least two cases this also caused the player to clip through the floor, once being stuck underground and suffocating, once appearing inside lava.
